- Generated image request logs may store prompts, resolution, status, and credit usage for account history and abuse prevention.
- Safety and abuse-prevention records may include moderation decisions, content hashes, risk categories, account identifiers, IP or request metadata, disabled-account reasons, and administrator notes.
- First-party analytics events are retained only as needed to understand product performance and conversion, and are periodically reviewed for deletion or aggregation.
- Subtitle project text may remain available in your account history so you can edit and export it later.
- Uploaded source videos for subtitle workflows are retained temporarily for preview and burned MP4 export, typically up to 24 hours, then cleaned up automatically.
