1. Service Description

Nano Image provides AI-powered image generation, remix, 3D angle, and subtitle tools. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms of service.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain account security and be responsible for account activity
• Not share your account credentials with others

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass any restrictions or security measures of the service
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Resell or commercialize the service without explicit authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans and one-time credit packs:

• Free Plan: limited trial usage with watermarked 1K image output
• Starter Plan: monthly included credits for paid image and subtitle workflows
• Pro Plan: larger monthly included credits and higher monthly subtitle allowance
• Top-up credits: one-time purchased credits for overage, 3D angle generation, subtitle overage, and other paid tools

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Included subscription credits and subtitle allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits remain available until used unless your account is terminated for abuse or required by law.

Credit costs vary by tool and output settings. For example, higher-resolution images and burned subtitle exports cost more credits than basic actions. Current credit costs are shown in the product interface and pricing page.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI processing and credits, completed generations, transcriptions, exports, subscriptions, and used credits are generally non-refundable. If a verified technical issue prevents paid credits from being delivered or causes prolonged service unavailability, we may provide a refund or account credit on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content Ownership

Regarding content you generate using our service:

• You retain rights to the generated content
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you generate
• We may use anonymized usage data for service improvement and demonstration purposes
• Uploaded subtitle source videos may be retained temporarily for preview and burned MP4 export, then automatically deleted according to the retention notice shown in the app

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for maintenance or upgrades.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Generated content will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
